14U Club Team

Our 14U program is designed to provide a comprehensive training experience for players born in 2010 and 2011 dedicated to advancing their softball abilities. Led by experienced coaches and players, this program focuses on individual skill development, team dynamics, and competitive gameplay.

Developmental Traits:

At this stage of the players' journey, we prioritize the development of intermediate softball skills while fostering a love for the game. Athletes will work on honing their throwing, catching, hitting, base running, and fielding techniques through structured drills, simulations, and game scenarios.

Training Approach:

Our training approach emphasizes a combination of technical instruction, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning. Players will receive personalized coaching tailored to their skill level and position, allowing them to progress at their own pace while challenging themselves to reach new heights.

Athleticism Expected:

Players in the 14U Fast Pitch Softball Program are expected to demonstrate a strong foundation of athleticism, including agility, speed, strength, and coordination. Our training regimen includes dynamic warm-ups, year-long strength and conditioning program, and agility drills to enhance overall athleticism and prevent injuries.

Program Highlights:

  • Expert Coaching: Our dedicated coaching staff brings years of experience and expertise to guide players through their development journey.

  • Competitive Opportunities: Players will have the chance to compete in sanctioned and un-sanctioned tournaments against top-tier competition.

  • Team Bonding: Our program fosters a supportive team environment where players build lasting friendships, learn valuable life skills, and develop leadership qualities.

  • Game Play: This program will compete in up to 25 games each season (Fall, Spring, and summer), have full-season strength and agility, participate in a sixteen-week winter training program, and have a team-themed softball camp run by college coaches.

  • College Exposure: As players progress, they will have opportunities for college exposure through showcases, recruitment camps, and networking with college coaches.
